Bad Bitch Empire is for ambitious women who are done abandoning themselves to become who everyone else expects them to be.

You’re smart, capable, driven, and you know how to work hard. Maybe that’s exactly how you got here.

You learned how to perform, please, perfect, prove, over-deliver, keep everyone happy, and become the version of yourself that people could understand, approve of, and reward.

And it worked.

Your Good Girl may have helped you build the career, the business, the reputation, the relationships, the life that looks impressive from the outside.

But somewhere along the way, you started wondering: “Is this actually the life I want?”

You’re tired of being too nice. Tired of shrinking to be liked, undercharging to feel acceptable, softening your opinions, lowering your standards, waiting until you’re perfectly ready, and saying “yes” when every part of you wants to say “no.”

You’re tired of editing yourself to remain palatable.Tired of suppressing the parts of you that were labeled too loud, too sexual, too ambitious, too emotional, too selfish, too wild, too much. Tired of contorting yourself to fit into male-coded rooms you don’t even want to be in.

Because a woman’s power begins the moment she stops abandoning herself.

Bad Bitch Empire is about returning home to yourself.

Your standards. Your desires. Your truth. Your voice. Your appetite. Your creativity. Your sensuality. Your ambition. Your fucking aliveness.

It’s about becoming so rooted in yourself that approval no longer gets to make your decisions. So clear in your standards that you stop negotiating against yourself. So connected to your desire that you stop building the life you think you’re supposed to want and start creating the one you actually do.

So devoted to yourself that you become willing to disappoint other people before you betray yourself again.

And when you lead from self-devotion, that’s when you rise. You make the ask. Hold the boundary. Charge what you want. Say what you actually think. Create your art. Launch your idea. Leave what no longer fits. Choose the relationship. Build the wealth. Take the risk. Become visible. Make the fucking move. Because your empire isn’t just your business.

Your empire is the external expression of a woman who fully chooses herself.

It’s your work. Your wealth. Your relationships. Your creativity. Your freedom. Your pleasure. Your influence. Your impact. Your legacy.

It doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s, and that’s the point.

Burn the Good Girl.
Reclaim the Bad Bitch you were born to be.

The goal was never to become better at being the woman everyone approves of. The journey is to unbecome everything that was never you, reclaim the Bad Bitch you were born to be, and build from there.

Bad Bitch Empire is for the woman who doesn’t just want success that looks good on the outside, she wants wealth, love, freedom, impact, and a life that lights her TF up, one that is in full alignment with her deepest desires, highest standards, and fullest expression.

If that’s you, welcome to Bad Bitch Empire. This journey home to yourself is the most important one you will ever undertake.

Hi I’m Baddie Li

Before Baddie Li, I was known as Lisa Carmen Wang—serial entrepreneur, best-selling author, venture capital investor, Forbes 30 under 30, Entrepreneur Magazine’s 100 most powerful women. For years, I built companies. Raised millions of dollars in capital. Invested in female founders. Spoke on stages around the world. Helped women build navigate venture capital and build their startups.

And I was good at it.

But somewhere along the way, I started abandoning myself to succeed.

I knew how to perform competence, to be impressive, to succeed inside rooms that rewarded a very particular version of a “successful woman.”

Polished. Impressive. Competent. Controlled.

But underneath all of that, I could feel another version of me dying to be expressed.

Artistic. Sensual. Playful. Irreverent. Audacious. Wild. Free.

She wasn’t less ambitious, less intelligent, or less powerful. She was simply a part of me that had never been given the same permission to exist.

Eventually, suppressing that woman started to feel like self-abandonment.

I was exhausted, suffocated, and burnt out from diminishing myself to belong in male-coded professional rooms I didn’t even want to belong in.

So I stepped away from the professional world and into the artistic one.

And I unleashed Baddie Li—the audacious, sensual, creative, playful, irreverent, fully expressed part of me I had spent years suppressing in order to be taken seriously.

At first, I called her my alter ego. But the deeper truth is: she was never separate from me. Baddie Li was the part of myself I had exiled to fit in, the woman that could not be contained or made smaller for approval.

Reclaiming her taught me something all my years studying business never could:

The journey was never about becoming someone new. It’s about unbecoming everything that was never you, so you can finally become the woman you were always meant to be.

And I know I’m not the only woman who learned to abandon parts of herself in order to succeed, belong, be loved, or be taken seriously.

So many of us learned how to become Good Girls. We learned to be nice. Accommodating. Impressive. Easy to work with. Easy to love. We learned to perform, please, perfect, prove, soften, shrink, and edit ourselves for approval.

And maybe your Good Girl got you pretty far too.

But there comes a point when the woman who got you here cannot be the woman who decides where you go next.

Because underneath all that conditioning is a woman with bigger desires. Higher standards. Louder opinions. Deeper pleasure. Greater ambition. More creativity. More power. More fucking life in her.

That woman is your Bad Bitch. Not an alter ego. Not a character. Not another version of yourself you need to perform. She is you without the self-abandonment.

And that’s why I created Bad Bitch Empire: to help ambitious women burn the Good Girl conditioning that keeps them small, reclaim the parts of themselves they were taught to suppress, and come into full alignment with who they actually are — so the way they love, work, create, lead, earn, and live finally reflects their deepest standards, desires, and truth.

Women don’t become powerful by performing for approval, we become powerful by becoming fully fucking alive inside the lives we choose for ourselves.

Burn the Good Girl. Reclaim the Bad Bitch you were born to be.

Welcome to Bad Bitch Empire.

Love,

Baddie Li

You deserve to build an empire that turns all of you the fuck on.
